Re: Declaration on the Source of Funds

Dear Sirs,

I hereby declare, under oath, the following:

1. That I make this declaration for my own protection and also for the protection of Lexavvy Legal Services, hereinafter “Lexavvy,” including its related entities.
2. That the funds to be used to finance the company (hereinafter, “the Company”) represent funds obtained by the undersigned from the following source: (indicate source).
3. That all monies that, from time to time, I transfer on behalf of the Company, directly or indirectly, through another entity, originate from the following source: (indicate source).
4. That said monies do not come from any criminal activity of any nature.
5. That I will comply with applicable tax laws and regulations, especially in the country of the registered office and/or in the country where effective management is carried out.
6. That none of the structures and services provided by Lexavvy will be used for illegal activities, including:
   1. The receipt of proceeds of crime, drug trafficking, terrorist financing or investments, trafficking of arms, ammunition, or other weapons.
   2. Soliciting funds from the general public, offering investment advice to the general public, managing investments other than investment or ownership in the name of the Company, nor operating or managing collective investment schemes.
   3. Transactions with countries subject to embargoes authorized by the United Nations Security Council.
   4. Any other purpose that is illegal under the law of the place of incorporation, without having obtained the corresponding license in that jurisdiction where applicable, or in the jurisdiction where the company conducts its operations.
   5. Tax fraud or any other illicit act or offense related to tax matters or money laundering.
